Aftercare precautions

For 1–2 weeks after treatment, avoid opening your mouth wide or chewing hard foods.
On the day of treatment, avoid saunas, hot baths, strenuous exercise, and alcohol.
Avoid massage or strong pressure on the treated area for about 3–4 weeks.
Temporary tightness, swelling, or bruising may occur and will gradually subside.
