Aftercare precautions

For about 3–4 hours after treatment, avoid lying down or rubbing the treated area.
On the day of treatment, avoid saunas, hot baths, strenuous exercise, and alcohol.
Do not massage or apply strong pressure to the treated area.
Temporary swelling, bruising, or soreness may occur and usually subsides over time.
