Aftercare precautions

Avoid touching or pressing firmly on the treated area.
On the day of treatment, avoid saunas, hot baths, strenuous exercise, and alcohol.
For 1–2 weeks after treatment, avoid strong massage or heat on the treated area.
Temporary swelling or bruising may occur and usually subsides within a few days.
